Victim accuses of tax officials of land fraud

Karimnagar: Husnabad’s family from Sidipit area protested at the residence of deputy deputy Tahsildar Koyyada Lasya in Alcapri colony, accusing her and her husband Ramesh of committing land fraud of Rs 7 million.

The complainant, including the family of Bhairi Chiranjeevi, has been flooded with the Gouravelli Reservoir. They said they paid the couple 9.16 acres of land in survey numbers 505, 507 and 508 outside Jangaon, but the sale of Deed Deed was not regulated. When the buyer urged the document to be recorded, Lasya and Ramesh admitted that the land was kidnapped in the lawsuit – allegedly they refused information before accepting payments.

After the couple released two repayment checks, Karimnagar police registered the criminal case, which later bounced and then became untouchable. Lasya is now the deputy Tahsildar of Sarangapur Mandal, facing a requirement for victims to take prompt legal action and compensation for their compensation funds.
