Locals rescue women and two children from the fourth floor
The visuals of the incident showed a tense moment around, when a woman and two children were rescued by the fourth floor of the building. In the video, thick smoke surrounds the higher floor as a woman is seen hanging a child in the air.
As she cried, a group of people standing on the balcony on the third floor caught the child in the air. The second child was rescued in the same way. After that, the woman let go and the locals managed to catch her safely.
18 people rescued the fire caused by the short circuit
The fire was traced to a short circuit in the electrical tube in the building block C. Seven fire trucks responded to the phone and managed to control the fire before it could spread further. According to officials, 18 residents were rescued from the building.
Some residents were seen trying to escape through the balcony, while others were called for help in the windows as the fire spread.
No casualties in the authorities
Authorities confirmed no injuries or deaths were reported in the incident. The fire brigade acted quickly and managed to evacuate all trapped people. Rescue work by local residents also helps prevent any harm in the event.
