Virat Kohli’s spiritual turn? JAAP Counter-Sighted Spark Speculation Test After Retirement

Virat Kohli recently discovered a JAAP counter at the airport, which sparked curiosity and speculation among fans. The sight of cricket stars who are commonly used in spell recitations has led many to doubt whether Kohli is accepting a deeper spiritual path after retirement from testing cricket. Although not yet confirmed, his recent visit to Vrindavan and his interactions with spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj suggest that during a new phase of his life, one may turn his attention to inner peace and mindfulness.

Just the day after he announced his retirement from Test cricket, Indian batting icon Virat Kohli traveled to Vrindavan with his wife Anushka Sharma to seek guidance from spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj.

The couple paid tribute to Shri Hit Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram where the photos with Premanand Maharaj quickly spread online.
The couple arrived at the party on Tuesday in a white vehicle. During the visit, they listened intently to Premanand Maharaj’s views on spirituality and religion. The video shared by Bhajan Marg on social media captures the moments of their interaction with spiritual leaders.

On departure, Kohli was found starting from his car, holding a JAPA (spell) counting device, waving quickly to the waiting fans, and quietly entering the airport.

Virat Kohli is preparing to represent Royal Challenger Bangalore IPL 2025 A clash with Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday. Earlier this week, on Monday, Kohli officially announced his retirement from Test cricket, bringing an outstanding career in the longest format of the game. He scored an impressive 46.85 goals in 123 Test matches in India, including 30 centuries. Kohli led India to 40 victories in 68 Test matches, making him the most successful Test captain in the country’s history.
