In media briefings, senior military officials from the Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy provided details of the Sindor operation, including how India repelled Pakistan’s attempts to target Indian military facilities and civilian areas.

On one issue, Air Marshal AK Bharti said India must have knocked down several Pakistani aircraft, but refused to endanger speculation about the numbers.

“Their planes were blocked from entering our borders. So we have no wreckage, but we have definitely shot down several planes.”

When asked about reports on the losses of Indian fighter jets in foreign media, Marshal Bharat said: “We are in combat and the loss is part of the fight.” He said: “I can only say that we have achieved the goals we chose and all the pilots have returned home.”

Lieutenant General Ghai of DGMO also paid tribute to five Indian depraved heroes and civilians who “deceased miserably” in Operation Sindoor.

“To date, we have taken huge restrictions and our actions have been centralized, measured and non-calculated. However, any threat to the sovereignty, territorial integrity and security of our citizens will be achieved with decisive force,” he said.

Regarding the losses of Pakistani troops, DGMO said 35-40 people died.

DGMO said it was his Pakistani counterpart who called him yesterday afternoon to demand a way out to stop the hostilities.

Two DGMOs on Saturday (May 10, 2025) agreed to cease all shooting and military operations on land and in the air and sea after 5 pm Indian Standard Time.

The Indian military advised Pakistan’s DGMO call to follow the fierce counterattacks by the Indian armed forces on several military devices in Pakistan, including Rafiki, Murid, Chakrala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukur, Sukur and Chunan, and on Saturday morning (Saturday) morning (May 10, 2025).

The Pakistani military launched a strike after attempting to target large Indian military facilities from the evening of May 9 to 10.

Lieutenant General Ghai said high-value targets including Yusuf Azhar, Abdul Malik Rauf and Mudasir Ahmed, including those involving the IC 814 and Pulwama explosion, were eliminated in Operation Sindoor on May 7.

He said that after careful consideration, nine terrorist targets were identified and hit with precision weapons.

Operation Sindoor was launched in early May 7 to destroy nine terrorist infrastructure occupied by Pakistan and Pakistan in retaliation for the Pahalgam terrorist attacks. All subsequent revenge on the Pakistani offensive was carried out under Operation Sindor.
