Video of an American man discovering a strange name about a small Australian beach town has been circulating online.
“Bavid Four,” the creator of American content, met Tiddy Widdy Beach, a seaside town in the York Peninsula, South Australia.
In the clip shared with Tiktok, viewed over 2 million times, Americans zoomed in on town on Google Maps while trying not to laugh.
“At Tiddy Widdy Beach on Tiddy Widdy Road, there is a small bed and breakfast called Schmidty of Tiddy Widdy,” he said.
`tiddy widdy’s comments said: “Feeling dizziness, do a little on schmidty, bein’Witty”.
Tiddy Widdy Beach has only 195 people. Indigenous people initially named it a well north of the “Tiddy Widdy Ned” area.
The hilarious prompted many viewers to call Australians “so unwise”.
One person said: “I wasn’t surprised that Australians are so relaxed.”

American residents took the quirky name as “more proof that Australia is not real”.
