Sunil Mittal plays Airtel’s Big Move to acquire the entire Gautam Adani company…

The subsidiary of billionaire Gautam Adani Enterprises has acquired 400 MHz Spectrum for Rs 21.2 crore in the 26 GHz band through an auction held in 2022.

Indian billionaire Sunil Mittal, who runs the second largest telecom company in India, continues to expand his business empire. The billionaire runs Bharti Airtel, which competes with Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio. Now, Bharti Airtel announced that the company and its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom Limited will acquire the right to use the entire 400 Megahertz Spectrum of the Adani Data Network (ADNL), a subsidiary of Billionaire Gautam Adani Enterprises. ADNL acquired the 400 MHz spectrum of the 26 GHz band through an auction in 2022, at about Rs 21.2 crore.

“Bharti Airtel Limited and its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom Limited have entered into a defined agreement with Adani Data Networks Limited (ADNL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, to obtain 400 MHz use rights in Gujarat (100 MHz), MHZ (100 MHz) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) (100 MHRA) and 400 MHz spectrum. The statement said: “Rajasthan (50 MHz), Karnataka (50 MHz) and Tamil Nadu (50 MHz). ”
