When Taylor Swift

Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman claimed Lively urged Swift to delete personal information and hindered her compliance with the subpoena, Us Weekly reported. Court documents show that Lively’s attorneys allegedly tried to put pressure on Swift to publicly support Live and threaten to release private communications.
“These actions reflect the attempts to intimidate and coerce intellectual witnesses in this lawsuit,” Friedman claimed. However, the court’s application lacks concrete evidence to support these claims.
Recent developments show that Lively’s legal representatives require the removal of claims related to the swiftness from court records. Us Weekly reported that Lively’s team dismissed the allegations of Baldoni’s legal team in a recent motion were unfounded and unsupported.
“This is absolutely wrong,” said Lively’s attorney Mike Gottlieb. “We explicitly deny all these alleged allegations, which are cowardly, which are anonymous sources of cowardly and are completely unrealistic.”
“It should be no need to respond to anonymous, unfounded allegations without any supporting evidence,” the document said. “However, it is worth noting that every charge in Freedman’s letter is undoubtedly unquestionable and obviously false.” Gottlieb also accused Baldoni’s representative of misconduct and announced his intention to pursue sanctions.
Swift has been silent on the case and has not publicly supported Lively.
The dispute stems from a legal lawsuit between Vivid and Bardoni’s work in the 2024 film. Lively’s behavior and executives produced the film to launch legal action against Bardoni with sexual harassment, creation of hostile workplaces and attempts to undermine her professional standing.
Bardoni rejected the claims and filed a counter-claim for slander against life and her spouse actor Ryan Reynolds seeking £400 million in slander.
