Sena UBT, MNS opposes Hindi as a third language for primary wings in Maharashtra

Mumbai: Shiv Sena UBT also expressed opposition to the Fadnavis government’s move as Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) protests the state’s decision to use Hindi as a third language for primary school students in Marathi and UK secondary schools.

Sena Ubt said Hindi has spoken in Maharashtra and should be conducted in the southern or northeastern states if it must be enforced.

“In Maharashtra, Marathi should be spoken first. Marathi is the moral language; this is the first language. This is our native language. Although Marathi must be learned, it is not a follow-up. It is just on paper.”
Rat accepts Hindi and says most widely in the country: “Why do they enforce Hindi here? No need to teach us Hindi. It’s the sunshine that rises in Indian movies, the Hindi film industry is thriving here, here, here, we are all listening to Hindi and looking at Hindi. Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Tlangana, Andhra Pradesh or Northeast.”

Raut, who criticized BJP leaders for not supporting Marathi’s cause, asked why the state government did not force Marathi in international schools.

Deputy Representative CM Ajit Pawar said: “If you live in Maharashtra, then you need to know Marathi. Those who don’t have any jobs will cause controversy. The center has given classical languages to the classical language of the marathon. “If Pawar thinks Hindi is an ethnic language, then he should be educated first.” He should be accepted by the first standard. Why do we learn Hindi, which is another state language? Tomorrow, they may ask to learn Gujarati or Tamil. ”
