Chennai: The court’s verdict on the Pollachi sex scandal, sentenced all defendants to come to life, sparked an angry exchange between DMK and AIADMK, who is responsible for handing over the case to the CBI, ultimately leading to Tuesday’s historic judgment that everyone is now in Gagaga.
Chief Minister MK Stalin began a brief message about X, saying that justice was a cruel act committed by criminals, including AIADMK staff, and demanded “Mr.”, who tried to protect the camp consisting of AIADMK to make their heads salivate.
AIADMK Secretary General Edappadi K Palaniswami responded in X, whose government took power when the 2019 sex scandal broke out, arrested the defendant and did not defend him like the DMK government did, as the DMK government did in the Anna University Rape case, because he was the DMK Syspathizer.
He noted that the defendant in the Anna University case entertained the state health minister M subramanian with a feast in his house and served him with Biriyani, whom he asked who should be shamelessly bowed? Paraniswami said the chief minister should be ashamed of failing to take action against the Minister of Health and Chennai’s deputy mayor.
AIADMK leader mentioned the “Mr.” mentioned by the defendant in the rape case of Anna University, saying that “Mr.” has not been determined so far and the Chief Minister should be ashamed of it.
He also mentioned other cases under the DMK rule and said Stalin should be ashamed of the number of POCSO cases being registered and fought for defendants of sexual assault in Annanagar and spent public funds through appeals from the High Court.
DMK Organization Minister RS Bharathi said in response to the message that he had high attempts to disguise himself as a “saint” and the fact is that as Chief Minister he was reluctant to hand over the case to the CBI until the end, and eventually had to ask some questions as the High Court raised some questions.
Bharathi said he would not hand over the case to the CBI if the DMK, women’s organizations and students did not launch protests throughout the state when the scandal broke out, adding that there was a challenge to cover up the entire case when it came to the AIADMK work involved crime.
Barati also issued the date of the lawsuit taken by the then AIADMK government against the case to put the CBI investigation without a separate order by Palaniswami, but he had no choice.
Other leaders leading the verdict were BJP President Nainar Nagenthiran, PMK President Anbumani Ramadoss, who hopes to compensate victims of the Pollachi scandal to Rs 10 million per person, and the Anna University rape case handed over the CBI case to CBI and AMMK leader Tttv Dhinakaran.
