Woman electrician husband and burying corpse in secluded location in KPHB colony

Hyderabad: A woman allegedly committed electrotoxicity on her husband and later buried her body on Hitsension Line Road, a colony on the Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) near her residence.

The couple’s name was concealed due to sexually transmitted diseases.

Although the incident occurred Friday, it was revealed on Monday after the woman’s relative asked about her husband’s disappearance in the past three days.

Initially, the woman told her relatives, her husband, a worker, that went to his workplace on Friday, and since then, he has failed to return home, prompting her to visit her family in the Medak area. After baking, she admitted that she allegedly had an electric shock to her husband with the help of her sister’s husband.

Later, the body was buried in a secluded place near her residence to cover up her identity. After receiving the message, police arrived at the scene and excavated the body in the presence of tax bureau officials as they performed an autopsy in the morgue of Gandhi Hospital.

Police inquiry showed that the woman had been unable to bear torture for the past 15 years and therefore killed her husband. The couple’s marriage took place 20 years ago. Police detained the two men, who committed the crime to conduct further investigation.
