Indravelli (Adilabad): In 1981, the government formally observed the Indravelli Martyrs Memorial Day on Sunday after being shot by police in 1981 by police in 1981.

The minister said the state government will make justice for the Adivasis that cultivated forest lands over the past 20 years and sent out Patas, but called on them not to clear the forests of Podu agriculture.
Seetakka called on forest officials to keep restrictions on Podu farming and if they have cultivated land for 20 years, they will not harass the Adivasis.
Seetakka responded to the appeal of Adivasi leaders working for the government and the appeal of five acres of land, and she said she would bring the issue to the cabinet notice.
She said the state government has been trying to obtain an alternative mechanism for GO3, which was suppressed by the Supreme Court to protect employment opportunities in institutional areas of Adivasis.
MANCHERIAL MLA K. PREMSAGAR RAO said that land is the key to the livelihood of the road and its survival and asked Seetakka to ensure that Pattas were given to Podu land, and that Adivasis had been cultivated for a long time.
By then, three tractors and a MUV were distributed to the martyrs and family members who borrowed money from the bank. Premsagar Rao has announced financial assistance of Rs 20,000 for each Indravelli Martyr family through Kokkirala Raghupathi Rao Charitable Trust.
Khanapur MLA Vedma Bojju said the state government is committed to empowering the Adivasi community.

Adivasi leader and Sarmedi Mesram Durgu district said nearly 300 Adivas died in police shootings during that fateful day, and many injured people later died. Some bodies were found in creeks, forests and farmlands, and they tried to save lives from police fire.

Venugopala Chary, DCC president Vishwa Prasad, ITDA project officer Khushboo Gupta, SP Akhil Mahajan, Additional SP Utnoor Khajal Singh and sub collector Yuvraj Marmat and Senior Congress leader Atram Suguna and Senior Adivasi leader Purka Bapurao, Kodapa Nagesh, Kotnak Barikrao and Thodsam Nagorao are present.
