Young imagination is the center stage

This summer, the National Center for Performing Arts (NCPA) invites young dreamers, performers and creators into a world of creativity. The long-awaited Summer Carnival 2025 is back, and this time, its colors, laughter, music, action and magic are even more explosive.

The six-week celebration, specially curated for children aged 4 to 16, offers vibrant performance-based workshops that promise to inspire curiosity, build confidence and awaken the joy of expression. Whether directing the stage through drama and debate, finding rhythm in musicals and global dance, or exploring the power of digital storytelling, every child finds a space to grow, explore and shine.

Every new week comes with a new wave of energy: highly acclaimed hosts such as Anuvab Pal, Rima Medhi, Gurleen Judge, Amey Mehta and Shantanu Joshi, among others, in comedy, performance, sports, rap, news, news, puppets, puppets, storytelling and beyond. These meetings are not just learning opportunities, but their elaborate experiences allow kids to step out of their comfortable areas, make new friends, and fall in love with art.

The workshop, held in person on Mumbai’s iconic NCPA campus, provides a passionate, enthusiastic space that encourages children to express themselves freely and fearlessly. From the youngest first performer to the teenager who is preparing to take the stage with Flair, the summer carnival caters to a wide variety of experiences and interests.

And it’s not over. Most workshops peak with joyful exhibitions, giving families the opportunity to witness their children’s growth and creative breakthroughs first-hand.

In a world increasingly dominated by screens, NCPA Summer Fiesta 2025 offers something unique: seasons through the exploration of the performing arts, imagination and human connection.

Registration is now open with limited seating.

Give your kids a summer and they will never forget.
