Deputy Chief Minister Malu Bhatti Bhatti Vikramarka said on Saturday that the young Indian inclusive residential school established by the Telangana government based on the concept of equal education will set a new benchmark in the field of education and set a Telangana role model for the entire country.

He said up to 105 young Indian integrated residential schools were established in the state with expenditure of Rs 210,000 crore, adding that the main goal of these schools is to create excellent human resources for society through outstanding knowledge development.

He spoke after performing Bhoomi Puja for the young Indian comprehensive residential school on Saturday in Laxmipuram village in Bonakal Mandal, Hamam district.

“These schools were established as the Telangana government brand to provide international standard quality education to hundreds of thousands of students and prune them with extraordinary wisdom to make them compete globally,” he said.

He also slammed the former BRS regime, accusing it of failing to fulfill its huge promise to provide free education from KG to PG in a decade of domination.

Previously, Governor of the School Teachers Federation (STF) Devarakonda Saidulu and leaders of the BC Employees Association succumbed Mr Vikramarka in a plan by Khammam.

The leaders of the BC Association said the caste census provided a solution to the centuries-old BC suppression.
