Seven people were killed and seven others were injured in a fire accident in an firecracker manufacturing department in Anakapalli district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu expressed shock at the incident.
“Eight people, including two women, died and seven others were injured in the fire accident,” Home Minister Anitha told PTI.
She said the injured were being transferred to the hospital here.
Official release said CM directed Anitha and district officials to ensure that injured people were better caring for medical care.
