‘Justice Will Be Completed’: FBI Director Kash Patel Arrests Terrorist Harpreet Singh in the United States | World News

FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday (local time) assured that justice will be completed after the attack in Punjab is completed after the FBI arrested terrorist Harpreet Singh.
The FBI coordinated the investigation with India.
Patel wrote on X: “Catched: Harpreet Singh is part of an illegally suspected foreign terrorist group in the United States and we believe we are planning multiple attacks at police stations in India and the United States.”

Patel further assured that the FBI continues to find those who commit the violence.
“Where they are, the FBI will continue to find those who commit the violence,” Patel said.
The FBI, Law Enforcement and Evacuation Operations (ERO) arrested terrorist Harpreet Singh, who launched an attack in Punjab on Friday.
The FBI said Harpreet Singh was linked to two international terrorist organizations and entered the United States illegally. According to the FBI, he used a burner phone to evade capture.
“Today, the terrorist Harpreet Singh, who allegedly terrorist attacks in Punjab, India, arrested the terrorist attacks in the FBI and ERO in Sacramento,” FBI Sacramento said in a post on Share X.
Punjab Police Director General (DGP) Gaurav Yadav praised Harpreet Singh Alias Happy Passia for his arrest and called it a “major milestone” for the terrorist network sponsored by Pakistan ISI.
“The arrest of Harpreet Singh Alias Happy Passia, the main main operator (BKI) of the United States supporting ISI-backed Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), close assistant to Pakistani terrorist Rinda, is an ongoing crackdown on the ISI terrorist network,” DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav said in an article about X.
The Punjab Police Director General also said the arrests by the FBI and ICE were the result of “excellent international cooperation” and information exchanges between the United States and India.
“Between 2023 and 2025, Happy Passia played a central role in orchestrating targeted killings, grenade attacks on police agencies, and blackmail in Punjab and other states. His arrest in Sacramento, USA on April 17, 2025 was the result of outstanding international cooperation and exchanges between the United States and India.”
