Soon, Delhi people may make complaints via WhatsApp, free helpline courtship hotline and appeal box: CM Rekha Gupta Issuing Order

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta has issued an order stating that the complaint box will be installed in various government offices, which will be monitored by her office. TOI reported that in addition to installing the boxes, she ordered an update to the Public Complaint Remedy and Monitoring System (PGM) to make it more friendly and the public does not face any technical and procedural issues.

Officials also asked to arrange for complaints to be received through WhatsApp, mobile apps and free calls, as well as written complaints submitted in the box.

This decision was taken at a meeting with all heads of the relevant departments and ensured timely correction of each complaint.
The PGMS Portal is an online platform that will be available 24/7 and any complaints about service defects in any department can be filed at any time. The portal will be a useful platform to inform the department about the people’s dissatisfaction. She made it clear that the department should not violate the complaint. The department will have to report action on the complaints and all pending complaints with the department should be resolved immediately.

Delhi CM believes that the last government was very indifferent to the people’s complaints, but her government was completely aware of its dissatisfaction. “Complaints either did not reach the officials concerned or did not arrive at them,” she claimed. Her administration will develop an effective complaint mechanism to ensure that people’s problems are resolved in a timely manner.

CM has ordered departments to take steps to ensure they enhance the PGMS platform. In the spirit of good governance, she directed department heads to regularly monitor the PGMS portal and find solutions to people’s dissatisfaction. CM stressed that complaints and remedies should be more open to their behavior, their behavior should be more open to their attitudes towards the common people. At the same time, there is no doubt that the AAD Party (Aap) is unquestionable. Interruptions, water crisis worsens, and school fees soar. The AAP claims that the capital is experiencing daily difficulties every day, and the BJP looks at it in another way.
