Mr Patil detailed that more than 25,000 followers of Basavanna are expected to attend the event, which will begin with a car rally on April 27, followed by a women’s bicycle rally and a public meeting on April 29.

“On April 30, the government will organize a celebration of Basawa Jayati near the Basawana statue in the city Jayata Circle. On that day, the grand parade will begin from the Nagarishwar School to the Jayata Circle. The parade will be displayed in various costumes, with various costumes of sharanas [the 12^th Century reformers] and cultural performances dedicated to Barcelona Vanna and his Vachana Revolution. ” he said.

“Aravind Jatti, president of Basava Samithi, has agreed to distribute Vachana literature books during the event.
