Judiciary cannot guide the President of India to serve as “super parliament”: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar

“So we have judges who will legislate, will perform administrative functions, will serve as super councils and absolutely no responsibility because the law of the land does not apply to them,” Dankhar said.
Article 142, which the Vice President also granted Article 142 to the Supreme Court, is a “nuclear missile targeting the democratic forces available to the judiciary 24×7”.
“Article 142 has become a nuclear missile (and) 24×7 judicial force targeting the Democratic Forces,” he said.
Article 142 of the Constitution grants the Supreme Court the order to ensure “complete justice” in any matter before it.
This power is also called the “full power” of the Supreme Court. “There was a recent verdict that gave instructions to the president. Where are we going?” What happened to the country? We have to be very sensitive. This is not a question that someone raised a review. Today, we never bargained. The president is asked to make a decision in a sometimes-timed way, if not, becomes law. ” Dakhar said.
The vice president said his concerns were at the “highest level” and he never thought “my life” and he would have a chance to see it.
He reminded the audience that the Indian president is in a very high position.
“The President () swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Others, including ministers, vice presidents, MPs and judges, swore to abide by the Constitution,” Dankhar said.
He said: “We cannot use your guidance on the situation of the President of India and the sole right under the Constitution to interpret the Constitution under Article 145(3). There must be five judges or more…”
Emphasizing the principle of separating power, he stressed that when the government is elected by the people, the government will be held accountable to the parliament and the people in the election.
“There is a principle of responsibility.
“The time has come, and our three institutions – the legislature, the justice and the executives – have to blossom… One invasion in another will challenge it, and that’s bad….”
