– Another grassroots action plan against the Trump administration was nationwide on Saturday, including at Daley Plaza in downtown Chicago, according to Axios. In Chicago, the protests are known as “People’s Protest: Joy as Resistance.”
According to the Herald Times, progress on the lakeshore will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on April 19 at 1115 in Washington Park, 1115. The event is free and open to the public. Other protests are planned for Buffalo Grove, Desplanes, Arlington Heights, Schumbrg, Lair and Barrington.
