The Regional Authority, Zilla Panchayat, the Ministry of Tourism and Bangalore-based Vinyog Ventures Private Limited jointly opened a boating facility in Sanna Kere, located in Yadgir City Lumbini Garden.
MLA Channareddy Patil Tunnur opened the facility on March 24.
“Tourists can travel in four types of water boat facilities. Kayaking, collision, general and drifting boats are available to visitors. Visitors of all ages will find something they like.”
Yadgir CMC Chairman Lalita Anapur said it was a dream for citizens to travel by boat. “Dreams come true. Citizens should use the facility,” she said.
Ramachandra, assistant director of the Tourism Bureau, said a tender would be made to develop the Mavinaker development ship facility located in Shahapur, Ibrahimpur Kere, Narayanapur reservoir and Minaspur Kere.
Sharanabasappa Koteppagol, deputy deputy commissioner who attended the inauguration ceremony, was the person who attended the ceremony.
