BRS youth leader’s remand demands refusal

Hyderabad: The Additional IV The Additional Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) rejected remands for BRS youth leader Kandula Madhu, who was arrested by Ottomania University police on Monday morning for alleged remarks and organizing demonstrations against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
Madhu organized protests against Revanth Reddy’s comments about the controversial “morgue” of BRS president and former chief minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. “They are talking about his figure, but the fact is that we have put him on the stretcher and he will soon be in the mortgage,” said the BRS leader during a government function at Ravindra Bharathi in Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on March 12.
Following the demonstration, Madhu was arrested and booked under Articles 352 and 196 of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS). In court proceedings, defense attorneys argued that Madou’s arrest was based on false allegations and violated Supreme Court guidelines. After considering these arguments, the court denied his repayment.
