Celebrity interior designer falls with a millionaire neighbor in a bikini sunbathing place

A celebrity interior designer is selling a beachfront mansion in the center of the bank, who is sunbathing on a bikini with millionaire neighbors.
Celia Sawyer, known as Mrs. Bryn, sold a luxurious three-story property overlooking Poole Harbour, Dorset for £4 million.
She bought it with her husband Nick in 2007 for £2.4 million, and during their time, the couple added over £1 million in value by making a stunning makeover from one of her TV shows.
The couple listed four-bedroom properties on the market after a plan row with their neighbors.
In 2020, they have a 21-foot-by-15-foot solarium and have a bar built at the bottom of the beach-themed back garden.
But they have no planned permission for the building and are facing the prospect of knocking it out after neighbors complain.

The real estate agent for selling the four-bedroom home noted that the property is short walk to the yacht club and restaurants on the Sandsau Peninsula.
One of those restaurants in the luxurious Rick Stein restaurant, Celia was involved in an awkward incident in 2017.
