DC Editor | Women in Britain can be happy

The top courts in the UK unanimously ruled that the legal definition of “women” does not include trans people, and the term “women” refers to “biological women and biological gender”. The ruling could have huge consequences on how the law of equality is applied, especially for those with a “certified” gender identity.

The case was raised due to disputes over Scottish law aimed at increasing the number of women sitting on board and trans people. Cross-humans must worry about the meaning of the rulings that may cause them to be abandoned and allow their sexual certificates to give them equal rights to their biological sisters.

Throughout the pond, U.S. President Donald Trump may not only celebrate his Scottish descent, which may give him affinity for the women fighting for it, but also celebrate the verdict. Because he was the one who signed the order “No men in the women’s sports” to execute, trans girls and women are prohibited from participating in sports teams that match their gender identity.

Although all major political parties praised the judgment for its sexual behavior on a person’s gender as biological, polarized debate on trans rights and actions on trans rights are bound to increase.

Many might claim that this is a triumph of common sense, except that crossing people may be in trouble, as they may have become accustomed to the use of privileges such as same-sex locker rooms, hospital wards and hotel accommodations, which can only be designated here as biological women.

But it is a strike against “awakening” activists among liberals who may seek or take equal measures against enthusiasm, which inspires biological women to respond and resist such reactions. Of course, while the rights as a person will be protected by the same civil law, trans people, especially trans people, will fight for their own gender identity.

There is a greater reason to worry, as recent marginalized trans-human communities are hate crimes against trans people, while non-binary people are on the upward curve in the UK and the US.
