Dharani Victim PIN Hope Bhu Bharati

adirabad: Thousands of farmers lost their land or were denied registration due to procedural errors in the Dharani Portal, and now pin their hopes on the Bau Bharat Act. The new mechanism hopes to solve the promise of 90% land-related issues at the Tahsildar level, so hopefully they no longer need to contact RDOS or collectors, which is different from the past.

Now, farmers are actively participating in the Bhu Bharati consciousness conference, viewing it as a path to long-awaited justice. Many shared the painful experience of running from pillars to jobs, and even approached the Chief Commissioner of the Land Administration (CCLA) to resolve long-term imminent land disputes that ended up losing money and time.

Officials clarified that farmers still reserve the right to appeal to CCLA if they are not satisfied with the orders of Tahsildars, RDOS or regional collectors under the leadership of Bhu Bharati. The bhu bharati Act provides a framework to address issues involving land retained in Dharani Part B, as well as land held in Sada Binama transactions.

Among those who have lost hope are T. dattu of the village of Taroda (B). He has struggled to register his Sadabinama land for years. He said: “Twenty years ago, my father bought 12.3 acres of land in the No. 12 survey of Foujpur Shivvar in Sadabinama, but I can never get Patta for it through Dharani. I now hope Bhu Bharati will eventually help me ensure the ownership of the law.”

He is not alone. Several farmers who now abandon the acquisition of Patas or correct land records are flocking to the Bhubarat consciousness camp and submit applications to income officials. Many complain that their Pattas recorded less land than they actually owned, while others said that the land was wrongly added or removed from their shares.

They believe that under the new bill, the surveyor’s physical verification of the surveyor will solve these anomalies. By bringing the solution closer to the village, farmers see a long-standing opportunity to gain their rights in Bhu Bharati.
