Vijayawada: NTR regional collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha announced that the Public Complaint Remedy System (PGRS) program will be held on Monday, April 21 in the Pingali Venkayya Conference Hall in Collectorate. The initiative aims to address public concerns by allowing residents to submit complaints, which will then be addressed by relevant officials of collectors as well as departments, municipalities and the Mandal Center.
The plan will also be held in Mandal and Municipal Offices. Urge people to use the plan to file a complaint.
In addition, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Commissioner HM Dhyanchandra said that PGRS will continue this Monday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the main office and regional offices to file a complaint on VMC jurisdiction.
