Two British tourists were killed in a cable car crash near Naples in southern Italy.
A cable snatched one from the link from Castellammare di Stabia to Monte Fiabo, about two miles.
The head of the cable car company said it reopened “all required safety conditions” just a few days ago.
Police have conducted investigations into manslaughter and criminal disasters.
