17-year-old man committed suicide after jumping from the 4th floor of a popular shopping mall

Police were informed of the incident at around 9:30 a.m. “Our team arrived at the scene within five to eight minutes and he was taken to the hospital. A few hours later, we were told by the hospital that he had passed away.”

A 17-year-old boy died on the fourth floor of a popular shopping mall in Mohali, Punjab, who jumped off the fourth floor.
The incident happened shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday (April 5).
Videos of this tragic incident have appeared on social media.

In the clip, Abhijeet can be seen walking to the floor railing twice. He stopped for the first time, changed direction at another time, and finally headed towards the railing, climbed up the railing and jumped off.

Police were informed of the incident at around 9:30 a.m. “Our team arrived at the scene within five to eight minutes and he was taken to the hospital. A few hours later, we were told by the hospital that he had passed away.”

“The food court and shopping malls are open for diverse cars. The mall staff told us he had purchased a bottle of water.”

Abhijeet’s father told police he had been depressed for a while. The deceased is a middle child, with two siblings and two brothers.
