Governor TN clears four bills

Chennai: Governor RN Ravi has agreed to pass four financial bills passed by the state legislature on the last day of the budget meeting, while 14 more bills, including one that established Kalignar University in Kumbakonam, are all approving the approval.

The General Assembly passed 18 bills during its meeting between March 14 and April 30, four of which were bills related to budget allocations by state finance minister Thangam Thenaasu, who had been cleared before the rest of the review.

In addition to budget introductions, the meeting also conducted extensive discussions and debates on grants from various departments. The governor’s accent for the four financial bills is seen as a positive step in managing the state’s finances.
