U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi defended his deportation that mistakenly deported Marylanders to El Salvador, saying he “should stay where he is.” Her remarks came after a federal judge directed the Justice Department to send the man back to the United States. However, so far, the Justice Department has refused to comply and refuses to reverse the error.
