Foreign Minister Vikram Misri announced in a special media briefing that India has agreed to a ceasefire with Pakistan and will take effect at 5 pm on May 10.
The news comes after tensions escalated after the terrorist attack in the Pahargam Valley in Kashmir, where 26 civilians were shot dead.
