New Delhi: The “heartbroken” Indian Athletic Brotherhood, led by dual Olympic medalists Neeraj Chopra and PV Sindhu, joined the country, condemning the deadly terrorist attacks in Pahalgam.
Terrorists attacked a major tourist site in Pahalgam in southern Kashmir on Tuesday, killing at least 26 people and injuring several others.
Chopra wrote on X: “Heart was heartbroken in the tragic attacks of Jamu and Kashmir. Pray for the victims and their families.”
Sindhu also wrote an emotional post.

“It is speechless to the sad family that has left behind, but you are not alone. We are with you. In these dark moments, we wish our strength to each other never to give up hope that peace will come back!” The Book of Faith wrote.

The attack was the deadliest act of terror since the 2019 Pulvama strike.

The Patan brothers (Yusuf and Irfan) also expressed deep pain.
“Whenever an innocent life is lost, humans are lost. See and hear what’s going on in Kashmir today. I was there a few days ago and this pain feels too close,” Irfan wrote on his X account.
