Jangaon Income Inspector, Panchayat Raj Employee ACB NET

Hyderabad: Vineet Kumar, tax inspector at Tahsildar office in Chilpur Mandal, Jangaon district, was caught by the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and asked them to demand and accept bribes of Rs 26,000.
Kumar demanded bribes from the official grace to submit a live verification report related to the complainant and his brother’s mutation archives and handled by Tahsildar. Following Kumar’s instructions, the complainant placed the amount of bribes on the rear seats of the former car.
Chemical tests performed in the rear seats of the Kumar car’s rear seats yielded positive results. The complainant’s identity was detained for security reasons.
In another case, N. Srinivasa Sharma, senior assistant to Panchayat Raj (PR) division of AROOR, was caught by ACB for Rs 7,000. He initially asked for a bribe of Rs 7,500 and reduced it to Rs 7,000 at the request of the complainant. Following instructions, the complainant retained a bribe of Rs 7,000 on his desk to obtain the signature of the former executive engineer in the fund transfer order document related to the complainant’s work.
The pollution amount of Rs 7,000 was seized from the Sharma table.
