On April 29, Milken College announced its latest effort, Women's Health Network, to name Jill Biden as its chairman.
The official release notes that the agency looks forward to serving as a global cooperative organization through this initiative to organize and promote new work and existing efforts in the women's health ecosystem.
Jill Biden said she earlier led the initiative on women’s health research aims to invest in several key research and development efforts, from healthy aging to endometriosis. Furthermore, it aims to make such efforts in multiple industries to help take these innovations to new heights.
The 73-year-old is “honest” to be a part of the initiative.

On its official website, it is recognized as a non-partisan economic think tank based in Santa Monica. The Milken Institute noted that its key focus remains on “financial, physical, mental and environmental health.” It is committed to collaborating on “best ideas” and resources to come up with blueprints that can ultimately help them with some of the “most critical global issues.” As former first lady Jill Biden, Jill Biden had earlier worked to implement Biden Cancer Moonshot's plan, thus providing one cancer for cancer and including other plans. She remained on Monday at the 28th Annual Global Conference held by the think tank, organized by Beverly Hills, California.

In 2023, then-U.S. President Biden introduced the White House Women's Health Research Program after signing a presidential memorandum in this regard. The initiative is led by Jill, which aims to obtain funding for women’s health research efforts.
At an event earlier this week, Jill said the former U.S. president was eager to “inject” money into the administration through the initiative. She added that they were able to earn $1 billion in a year to advance women's health research.
