Indian cricketer KL Rahul and his father-in-law actor Suniel Shetty made huge real estate investments. Together, they purchased 7 acres of land in Owale West, part of a 30-acre property. According to property records, the acquisition cost is Rs. 98,500. The investment comes as Rahul recently welcomed his first child, a daughter, with his wife Athiya Shetty.

According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the father-in-law and son-in-law duo acquired the land for Rs 985 crore with stamp duty of Rs 68.96 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
