The body of an unidentified woman was found floating in Hussainsagar, Bathukamma Ghat near the small necklace on Thursday afternoon, near the Sanjeevaiah Park Main Gate on Thursday afternoon. A police officer from the Secretariat said the body was found at about 2.30 pm. “Preliminary investigations show that the woman is believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, about 2 inches tall, with skin tone and black hair.
The official added that the body was in a decomposition state and no external harm was visible. It was transferred to Gandhi Hospital at 4.10 pm and kept for examination after autopsy.
