Since 2019, Aman has also been actively involved in the family business of his wife Anjali. He is the deputy director of Encore Healthcare, a company owned by Viren Merchant. Encore Healthcare is a global manufacturer of tablets and capsules for the pharmaceutical industry in India.
According to Aman’s LinkedIn profile, he oversees the operations and resources of Encore Healthcare’s CMO division, focusing on goal setting, goal achievement, and managing relationships and external factors to drive growth. Radhika Merchant and Anjali Merchant are both members of the Encore Healthcare Board of Directors. According to media sources, the company is reportedly worth Rs 20,000 crore.
Aman Majithia graduated from Lebow Business School at Drexel University, Pennsylvania, USA, with degrees in Economics, Entrepreneurship and Political Science. He also spent a semester at the University of Virginia, studying political science, economics, and organizational behavior. Interestingly, his wife Anjali is also a UVA alum.
Aman and Anjali married in 2020 and now have a son.
