Karimnagar: Congress MLA MAKKAN SINGH RAJ TAGORE announced on Sunday that Singapore Area Hospital operated by Singapore Collies Company Limited (SCCL) is unveiled, a state-of-the-art catheter laboratory for the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
Raj Tagore, accompanied by General Manager Lalit Kumar, RG Coal Mine -1, inspected the new facilities at Ramagundam Hospital in Peddapalli District. He noted that so far, patients with cardiac emergencies have to travel to other cities for advanced testing and surgery. “This modern Cass laboratory will enable rural communities to get timely access to high-quality heart care near home,” he said.
Hospital officials said the lab was equipped with emergency procedures performed under professional supervision, such as angiography and angioplasty. The opening ceremony was attended by former company Peddelli Prakash and senior SCCL executives, medical staff and local residents.
