Our bureaucracy, decision making cannot function on outdated systems: PM Modi

PM Modi extended his best wishes on Civil Service Day during the 17th official festival held by Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi.
“I have good wishes on the official day… This year’s official day is very special. For many reasons, we are celebrating the 75th anniversary of our Constitution. It is also the year of the 150th anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel… A civil servant who takes it as the highest responsibility and governs the administration with honesty and in the Democratic Party, and in the stage, and puts it into the Democratic Party, and in the Democratic Party, and in the Democratic Party, and in the Democratic Party, and in the Democratic Party. For the goal of the nation… Today, the words of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel are even more important as we move towards Viksit Bharat.”
He further stated that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel set new restrictions for the bureaucracy of independent India.
“On April 21, 1947, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel called you all the ‘steel frame of India’. He set new restrictions for the bureaucracy of independent India. A civil servant who democratically ruled the government as his best duty, he was full of honesty, honesty, discipline and dedication, he added.
Prime Minister Modi said the policies they are developing will affect the future of the millennium. The next thousand years… To achieve Viksit Bharat’s goal, the development wheel must work accordingly, and we all have to work very hard for this goal. “He said. The Prime Minister stressed that India’s aspiring society – both young people, farmers and women – has unprecedented dreams and ambitions.
“Today, we are in a world that is rapidly evolving. Our bureaucracy and decision-making cannot operate on outdated systems. That’s why changes in systems have been actively pursued since 2014. We are changing ourselves at a great rate. The society of India – the desires and ambitious dreams of young people, farmers or women to achieve these obstacles. Progress,” Prime Minister Modi said.
He further expressed his happiness that this year’s civil servant theme is “India’s overall development”.
“I’m glad that the theme of civil servants this year is ‘Total Development of India’. It’s not just a theme, but a commitment to the country. Overall development means that no family, citizens or villages are behind the scenes. Real progress is not really a change, but about large-scale, meaningful impact. Every house has to have clean water and every child has to receive a quality education, he said.
Prime Minister Modi said he believes that the quality of governance is achieved not only by launching the program, but by ensuring how deep their impact they have on the citizens of the country.
PM Modi said: “It’s about understanding the real, ground effects. We’ve seen this impact in various regions, from increasing learning to adoption through solar energy. Many regions have fulfilled their commitments and some have been recognized for their efforts.”
The Prime Minister further stated that they often discuss aspiring regions, but the success of ideal barriers is equally important.
“We often discuss aspiring regions, but the success of aspiring barriers is equally important. The program was launched in January 2023 and in just two years, it has seen unprecedented changes in key indicators, health, social development and basic infrastructure. In some places, these barriers have even exceeded the scope of two years. “At the Anganwadi Center, about 20% of children are children,” he said.
Major improvements in Jagdishpur mentioned the Bhagalpur region of Bihar, where Pm Modi said: “The registration of pregnant women was only 25% in the first quarter and has now increased to over 90%. Similarly, in the Marwah neighborhoods of Jamu and Kashmir, the agency delivered.”
Earlier, Prime Minister Modi issued an electronic coffee table book on the “Overall Development of the Prime Minister’s Excellence Public Management Award” and a “Selected Innovation of the Prime Minister’s Excellence Public Management Award”.
The Prime Minister also awarded the Prime Minister the Excellence Award for Public Administration in the effective implementation of the identified priority programs and innovations to regional and central and state governments.
Official Day is an opportunity for civil servants across India to reshape themselves into civil causes and renew their commitment to public service and excellence. The date was chosen to commemorate Sardar Vallabhai Patel addressed the probationary sent by administrative service officials in 1947 at Metcalfe House in Delhi. (ANI)
