“Will always be a bold and unquestionable Canadian”: Trudeau’s last message as pm | World News

On the last day of his tenure, outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shared a farewell message to the country, pledging to remain “verbal and bold”.

Trudeau expressed his pride in the country and its people in a video posted on the title “Hey Canada” posted on X. “I am proud of Canadians. I am honored to serve this country, they fight for those who insist on the right things, stand up on all occasions, always back to back when most important,” he said.

He added: “This may be my last day in this office, but I will always be a bold and unhesitant Canadian. My only question is, no matter what the world throws at us, you are always the same.”

Trudeau’s departure is Mark Carney who takes over the Liberal Party’s helm and is preparing to take the oath to serve as Canada’s 24th Prime Minister on Friday.

Canadian Governor Mary Simon’s office said the Prime Minister’s sworn in and members of Canadian ministry will be held at 11 a.m. ET in the Rideau Hall Ballroom.

On his first day as a liberal leader, Carney met Trudeau in the prime minister’s office and discussed the length of the transition period. By the end of the day, Carney said the conversion would be “seamless” and “fast”.

Since then, Carney has held meetings with key officials in Ottawa and beyond and has worked behind the scenes to enforce the transition from a bureaucratic and security perspective.

The report noted that the former Bank of Canada and Bank of England had divested all assets into blind trusts, the report said. Trudeau will visit the Governor on Friday and formally resign. Carney will then be sworn in and loyal.

Carney will serve on the neck of conservatives and liberals in a vote amid a rising concerns among Canadians about the link between Canada and the United States. The same poll shows that Trudeau will officially end his term as Canadian Prime Minister, with his favor being 12 months.

Justin Trudeau highlighted the “achievements” of the Liberal Party over the past decade while looking toward the future, as CBC News reported, his successor announced his several hours before the party’s leader.

“I am proud of what the middle class has done in the past decade and strive to join it,” Trudeau said in his speech at the Freedom Leadership Conference.

Trudeau told the crowd, “It is a responsibility to make sure Canada remains the best country on the planet! In one of his last speeches as a liberal leader and Canadian Prime Minister, he urged his supporters to continue to fight for Canada as much as possible.

“Democracy is not given. Freedom is not given. Even Canada is not given.” “None of these happened by chance. None of them put in any effort.”
