PM Modi, JD Vance welcomes the progress of trade deal negotiations during Vice President India visit

At a high-level meeting on Monday, Prime Minister Modi and U.S. Vice President JD Vance welcomed what they called “significant progress” in the ongoing negotiations for a mutually beneficial India-U.S. bilateral trade agreement.

Vice President Vance, accompanied by Second Lady Usha Vance, met with the Prime Minister of New Delhi during his official visit to India.
