Police perform CPR to save lives

Hyderabad: Police performed CPR on a man who suddenly collapsed at the Begumpet overpass in Sesendabad.
G. Suresh Kumar, 48, a native of Kagaznagar, came to Hyderabad to meet his relatives. However, he was found unconscious on the overpass on Sunday night, police said.
Police officers Haider and Anand performed CPR after measuring the situation after turmoil on the overpass. He was later taken to Gandhi Hospital by ambulance. Suresh recovered and was discharged after treatment. “Suresh survived when the police responded in golden minutes,” his family said. They met police officers and thanked them and the city police for saving Suresh.
Senior police officers including the regional head appreciated the quick action of trained officers.
