Punjab, Rajasthan, reinjected power outages after new drones attacked in Srinagar

The move is a report of a drone attack in Srinagar. According to ANI, red stripes were seen and explosions were heard in Srinagar as India’s air defense intercepted Pakistani drones. Srinagar also heard a loud explosion.
“We will be on alert today due to reports of ceasefire violations,” said Deputy Commissioner (Amritsar) Sakshi Sahwney. “If and when needed, we will observe the power outage. I recommend that everyone prepare for the power outage to perform the power outage and be at home. Please do not indulge in the explosion of firecrackers. We have done several training sessions, so please do not panic. It is a lot of caution.”
The Hoshiarpur government confirmed that the power outage measures began at 8:50 pm and were accompanied by air strike sirens.

In Ferozepur, authorities conducted a power outage at 8:40 pm and urged citizens to turn off the lights to ensure there is no need to panic. Fazilka performed a power outage at 9:30 pm, while Rupnagar authorities announced one of them from 9:30 pm to 5:30 AM.
The Ludhiana regional government has continued to power outages based on how the situation develops.
Deputy Director Ludhiana said: “We are ready and all teams are on alert. The armed forces and the regional administration are closely monitoring developments.”
The Sangrur area also announced a power outage from 9:10 pm to 11:00 pm.
Earlier in the day, Indian Foreign Minister Vikram Misri announced in Delhi that DGMOS in India and Pakistan had agreed to stop all military activities across the country, air and ocean starting from 5pm on Saturday.
