Opposition leaders at Lok Sabha in Rahul Gandhi joined on Monday (7 April 2025) ‘Palayan Roko, Naukri does’ Padyatra of the Beggar Eusarai Regional Parliament in Bihar.
Mr. Gandhi wore a white T-shirt and attended Padyatra in Bergzale Town, accompanied by several party leaders including Kanhaiya Kumar and State Council President Rajesh Kumar.
Many leaders and workers of the Congress and its students and youth wing filled the vacancy immediately in the Wehrmacht, carrying party flags and placards, and also participated in the Padyatra.
Earlier in the day, Mr. Gandhi arrived from Patna at Begusarai, Rajesh Kumar and other senior party leaders were received at Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport.
He will return to Patna later and speak to Patna ‘Samvidhan Suraksha Sammelan’ (Sales of Constitution). He will then visit Sadaqat Ashram, Bihar Parliamentary Office in Patna, to address the party workers.

This is Mr Gandhi’s third Bihar tour since January, when he urged party workers to “cause ideological failure” against the BJP’s BJP in a parliamentary poll later this year.
Raebareli MP shared a long video message on Sunday’s X, urging young people in Bihar to join March in a “white T-shirt”.
“Our purpose is to attract the plight of Bihar youth in the world, who find that governments become scarce day after day, and privatization is not any benefit. Let us take pressure in the country and change the country’s government.”
Begusarai also happens to be the hometown of Kanhaiya Kumar, who has been a star attraction for Padyatra, the region began last month in the East Chaparan district.

The former JNU student union president competed for the 2019 Lok Sabha poll from CPI votes on the seat.
In the polls of Bihar Parliament, including RJD, Congress and left-wing Mahagathbandhan is comparable to the NDA led by the ruler Nitish Kumar, which also includes the BJP.
