Telangana delegation signs memorandum of understanding with top human resources companies in Tokyo

Hyderabad: The delegation led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will provide employment opportunities for young people at the top and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOUS) with Tokyo’s Supreme Manpower Company on Saturday.
Telangana Overseas Human Resources Company Limited (TOMCOM), a state-owned organization for labor, employment, training and factories, signed motorcycles with two leading companies Tern (TGUK Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) and Raj Group.
This collaboration aims to promote the recruitment of skilled professionals from Telangana to meet the growing labor demand in Japan in the high demand sector.
Tern Group and its regional offices in Shinagawa District, Tokyo specialize in international recruitment in the fields of Japanese software, engineering and designated skilled workers (SSW). Raj Group has been working with Tsukui Corporation Ltd, a leading nursing employer in Japan, and has been working with Tomcom to train and recruit nursing staff. With the new MoU, it will expand its cooperation to the non-health sector.
Together, the two Japanese employers said that over the next one to two years, approximately 500 people were required to be in areas such as health care (200), engineering (automotive, machinery, computer science/information technology) and 100; hotels (100); construction (including civil engineering, construction engineering, infrastructure development, equipment handling and maintenance).
This initiative is Tomcom’s broader mission to diversify international employment opportunities for young people in Telangana. These agreements are expected to pave the way for long-term cooperation and provide a strong platform for skilled workers and professionals in Telangana to participate and contribute to Japan’s growing labor market.
