Shine Tom Chacko gives one last chance to correct Vince Aloshious’s allegations: Fefka

FEFKA Secretary General B Unnikrishnan said at a press conference here that Tom Chacko’s last chance was his young Tom Chacko, because he was young and a good actor and these people “should not be considered criminals.”
The Film Employees Federation (FEFKA) said Tuesday that actor Tom Chuck, who was accused by actress Vince Aloshious, performed poorly with her under the influence of drugs, was the last chance to correct his failure in behavior, which would be difficult to continue working with him.
FEFKA Secretary General B Unnikrishnan said at a press conference here that he was given to the actor because he was young, a good actor and “should not be considered a criminal”.
He stressed: “Those who are addicted to this behavior or practice should have the opportunity to correct themselves because it is a humane thing. But this humane approach should not be seen as a weakness.”
B Unnikrishnan said Fefka had a strict stance on such issues and told Shine Tom Chacko that it could work with him only if the problem was resolved. “He assured us that he will resolve it,” Unnikrishnan said. He further said that, following Vince Aloshiious’s complaint, Fefka also spoke with representatives from the Malayalam Film Artists Association (AMMA) and told them clearly: “In the current situation, it is difficult to continue film production.”
Unnikrishnan claims that film production in the Malayalam film sector has dropped by 45% over the past six months as the overall environment of the industry takes over the overall environment.
He added: “The Malayalam film industry is in the hands of a drug cartel. In this case, if the industry becomes completely lifeless for the next 2-3 months, it is the way the production is falling…it is not encouraging to the public image of the industry.”
Shine Tom Chacko was recently arrested and then released on bail in a drug case, where he allegedly fled from a hotel in Kochi where a team of anti-drug Special Operations Force (DANSAF) was conducted.
The actor has been booked under Section 238 (Causes the Evidence to Disappear), the Act (BNS) (BNS) and Section 27 (Drug Consumption) and Section 29 (Narcotics and Criminal Conspiracy) (Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs (NDPS) in connection with the incident) Just before that Vince Aloshious filed charges against Chacko. She has filed a complaint with the film room, accusing Chacko of “misconduct” under the influence of drugs on the film, and informing the Malayalam Film Artists Association (AMMA) about his misconduct against the unreleased film Soothravakyam, although no police complaint was filed.
Meanwhile, the Kerala government said it took the allegations against the actors seriously and its police and consumer bureaus are actually intervening in the matter. Ernakulam’s additional meeting court recently announced Chacko in a drug case in 2015, citing police procedural errors during seizures and arrests.
