Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said the Musi revival, Hyderabad metro expansion, regional loop (RRR) and radial roads were key to the state’s progress. He invited Japanese Telugu to share ideas and invested in realizing his dream of making Telangana a symbol of development.

The Chief Minister honored a plan by the Japanese Telugu Samakhya organization where he was honored on Saturday (19 April 2025), saying his government’s infrastructure initiative is crucial not only to urban development, but to attract investment, promote industry and create jobs.

The Chief Minister shared his recent insights in Japan, pointing to Tokyo’s impressive riverside development. His similarities with Telangana emphasize that despite some opposition, urgent action is needed to clean the Musi River.

“Musi cleaning should be done in Hyderabad or we will eventually give all institutions a holiday like New Delhi like New Delhi, which ends up with pollution. If a city like Delhi, the functions of the Indian government, may be weakened by environmental neglect, do we need to learn a lesson?” he asked.

Urges to contribute to the development of Telangana

Outlining the government’s strategic priorities, he called for collective responsibility and public cooperation and asked diaspora to cooperate in national development. He said the deep satisfaction came from the progress of the Aid Service, and he invited them to share ideas with the state government.

Reddy highlighted the progress made in key sectors, and the state has made good progress in the information technology (IT) and pharmaceutical sectors. Now, it is now targeting higher goals and bringing global standards to industries to strengthen infrastructure and the environment, resulting in employment.

The Chief Minister spoke about the plan to establish a dry port in the state, positioning Telangana as an important logistics and trade center. “Let us develop Telangana to compete with the world,” he urged.
