Justice K. Lakshman heard the submission of Prosecutor Palle Nageshwar Rao, who believed that under Section 2(8) of the Formal Secret Act, Medigadda belonged to a prohibited area, Rama Rao’s attorney, who believed that the crime could be attributed to his clients.
