U.S. President Donald Trump said he hopes Saudi Arabia will soon join the Abraham agreement, a series of normalization agreements between Israel and Arab countries.
“This will be a special day in the Middle East, and when the whole world is watching Saudi Arabia join us, you will be very honored that you will have great respect for everyone who is fighting for the Middle East,” Trump said at an investment forum in Riyadh.

Trump said it was his “desire” that Saudi Arabia would soon sign its own normalization agreement with Israel, adding: “But you will do that in your own time.”
