TTD integrates its feedback system with WhatsApp

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) revolutionized its feedback system with WhatsApp integration. The program allows devotees to provide feedback by strategically scanning QR codes on various important points in Tirumala and Tirupati to facilitate narration of their experiences.
After scanning the QR code, the pilgrim will target the user-friendly WhatsApp interface, where you can submit feedback in a few simple steps.
The system prompts the user to enter their name, select the service category, select the feedback medium, rate the service, and provide additional comments (no more than 600 characters) or upload videos.
Management will then thoroughly review the feedback received and take the necessary measures to resolve defects/complaints and improve their services.
The media conference said the main purpose behind the plan was to leverage technology and bridge the gap between pilgrims and government and to ensure that every voice was heard and valued.
