Revanth Reddy highlights Telangana’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in Hiroshima

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday led a delegation including the Minister of Industry and IT, as well as other officials, to meet with Hiroshima Deputy Governor.
Revanth Reddy extended the warm greetings and thanked Hiroshima Prefecture Government for their warm hospitality, recognizing the city’s global leadership in peace, resilience and technological advancement.
The Chief Minister also confirmed Telangana’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and peace. Speaking about the possibility of cooperation, Sridhar Babu provides an extensive overview of areas where the two states can work together.
These include clean technology and waste to energy, exploring joint projects in municipal waste processing, sewage treatment and renewable energy, urban Innovation and infrastructure, inviting Hiroshima’s expertise in disaster resilient design, underground metro engineering and smart city solutions for Hyderabad, industrial cooperation and proposing a “Hiroshima Telangana Automotive and Mobility Corridor” for EVs, electronics and advanced manufacturing.
It also includes the Education and Cultural Exchange Program, the academic link between Hiroshima Polytechnic Institute and Prime Minister Telangana University, the academic connection between culture, peace and tourism, and student research exchanges, as well as collaboration on the Peace Park Initiative, Cultural Exhibitions and Buddhist Heritage.
